Furniture assembly in Tallinn and Harju County

The box has been sitting in the living room for a fortnight, the instructions make no sense and the right screwdriver is nowhere in the house. We turn up with our own tools, build the furniture to the instructions and fix it to the wall where that is needed. The packaging leaves with us.

What the job includes

  • IKEA, JYSK and other brands: wardrobes, beds, chests of drawers, shelving systems
  • Kitchen units assembled and wall cabinets hung
  • Office desks, workstations and chairs
  • Tall units anchored to the wall so they cannot tip over
  • Doors and drawers adjusted so they run evenly
  • Packaging and polystyrene taken away

What we assemble

IKEA furniture assembly

Most of our work is IKEA: PAX wardrobes, BILLY bookcases, MALM chests and beds, BESTÅ storage. The ranges are familiar, so no time goes on working out the manual.

Kitchen assembly

We assemble kitchen cabinets, hang the wall units and line up the doors and drawers. We give the time and price in advance from the kitchen plan or photos.

Wardrobe assembly

Wardrobes and sliding-door systems, interiors included. We always recommend anchoring tall units to the wall so they cannot tip over.

Office furniture

Desks, workstations, chairs and shelving. For companies we can come before or after the working day and invoice with payment terms.

Typical assembly time

ItemTime
Chest of drawersabout 1 hour
Two-door PAX with interior fittingsabout 3 hours
PAX with sliding doors and extra shelves4–5 hours

We charge for the actual time worked: €45 for the call-out with the first hour, €39 for each further hour. The time depends on the model and the number of parts; we give a closer estimate before starting.

How a job goes

  1. Send a description or photo

Use the form or give us a call. A photo is the quickest way to judge the job and the time it takes.

  2. Get a price and a time

We usually reply the same day with the expected time, the price and when we can come.

  3. We do the job

We arrive at the agreed time with our own tools, do the work properly and clean up afterwards.

  4. Pay once it is done

You pay only once the work is done. Companies get an invoice with a payment term.

Frequently asked questions

How much does furniture assembly cost?

The call-out including the first hour is €45, and €39 for every hour after that. We tell you roughly how long the job will take before we come — a photo or the model name gives the most accurate estimate.

Do you assemble IKEA furniture?

Yes, IKEA is the most common job by far. PAX, BILLY, MALM and BESTÅ are familiar ranges, so no time goes on reading the manual.

How long does a large wardrobe take?

A two-door PAX with interior fittings takes about three hours; with sliding doors and extra shelves, four to five. We give you the timing in advance so you can plan the day.

Do you fix the wardrobe to the wall?

Yes, and we always recommend it. A tall unit has to be anchored — it is the only thing that stops it tipping, particularly with children in the house.

Do you work at weekends?

Yes, when the time is free, and there is no weekend surcharge.
