These are starting prices. We give the exact figure before the work starts — send a photo and we can be more precise.
Floor laying
Laminate and parquet, including subfloor prep, underlay and skirting. The starting price is for laminate; parquet takes longer and costs a little more. We can take up the old covering if needed.

You bought the furniture but there's no time to build it
The box has been sitting in the living room for a week. The instructions make no sense, you haven't got the tools, and the weekend went on something else. We'll come and build it — you don't have to do a thing.
You've just moved and everything needs doing at once
New flat: wardrobes in pieces, no curtain rails, washing machine not plumbed in. We'll get through as much of it as we agree in a single visit.
The shelf needs to go up and the wall is concrete
With the wrong fixing, that shelf ends up on the floor sooner or later. We've got the hammer drill and the right fixings for whatever the wall is made of.
Little jobs that have been piling up for years
The door sticks, the light doesn't work, the bathroom sealant has gone black. Not worth calling someone out for one of them — so let's clear the whole list in one go.

Fill in the form or give us a ring. Tell us briefly what needs doing and where. A photo helps more than anything.

We usually reply the same day with a price and when we can come. The price is agreed before any work begins.

We come and do the work
We arrive at the agreed time with our own tools, do the work and clean up after ourselves. You pay only once the work is done.
