How much does laminate flooring cost per square metre?
From €15/m², including underlay and skirting boards. The exact figure depends on the room: a small space full of corners takes longer per square metre than one large room.
Who buys the material, you or us?
Usually the customer, so you choose the pattern and the wear rating yourself. We tell you how many square metres to order including the offcut allowance, so you neither run short nor end up with spare packs.
Can the old floor stay down?
Sometimes, if it is flat and firmly fixed. More often it is better lifted. We look at it on site and tell you which makes more sense.
How long does one room take?
A twenty square metre room is usually a day's work including the skirting. For larger areas we agree the number of days in advance.
